Driver Ed Academy was founded in Cincinnati, OH in 2002. We are licensed by the state of Ohio to operate the novice program for teenage drivers. We promise to deliver high-quality driver education at competitive prices. We only use newer vehicles to ensure reliable training.
Our experienced instructors are licensed by the state of Ohio, and we hire only the best and most qualified instructors to train your students. The president and training manager for Driver Ed Academy has been in the driver education industry since 1982 as an instructor, a lead instructor, and then advanced into management for one of the largest companies in the US.
Road safety is our priority
Our goal is to save lives by giving students high-quality coaching. It is important to pass the state driving exam, but that is not the most important test for new drivers. Staying out of crashes and becoming a successful roadway user is the biggest test of all for new drivers.

Julie Dunn - Training Manager
My lifetime career has been teaching driver education. I started in 1982 as an instructor, then branched into a lead instructor position, and from there into management and owner of Driver Ed Academy. I am very honored to have had the privilege to personally train thousands of young people and adults how to become safe roadway users in the great Cincinnati and Dayton areas. Driver education is important for all drivers, especially teens.
I have really enjoyed this field of work for 37 years. I am very excited and pleased that Driver Ed Academy has successfully trained thousands of novice drivers how to drive safely and get their driver license. My goal is to save lives and help make our roads safer for everyone.
